At least nakita ng mga relatives and friends natin sa Pilipinas na, trabaho todu para mabayaran ng mga mortgage at Bills, utilities, life insurance, car insurances at property taxes at sewer. Kailangan may car at driver license. Full time job. I even worked double job, too for a year to paid off our cars and credit cards. Finally was paid off. And sold my house and bought a bigger house and put all the capital gains downpayment for the half amount of the newly built house, monthly was so affordable. Supported my 2 sons, we bought new cars for them after their HS. graduation. We paid – off their cars and education loan . My oldest son moved to Las Vegas after graduating his Computer Technology at Heald college. Instead of apartment, we bought house, (house was booming and expensive. $70k downpayment , (2004) he was 22 yrs. old. Monthly payment still have to support him. Happy for him , the company paid his Online career, he was promoted to work a Computer Engineer . Since we retired at 62 yrs old , we sold our house in CA . and shared our capital gains into 4 of us. My oldest Son bought a bigger house, on his shares from us. My youngest he save it . He is a AF military already have a house. I worked 32 years in Semiconductor job in SJ CA. various 8 big companies. My Last 10 years job was night shift 6 pm to 6am. 3/4 day 63 miles away from our house, takes me 1hour drive depends on freeway traffic. Lot of sacrifices to reach our goal. Deduction for 401k.is only our savings when we still working.Moving in LV 2 years ago to be closer to my oldest son and his family. Visited my AF Military son in FL 3 times. Thank you Lord Jesus for all the blessings and guiding us, receiving our fruits of labor. We always be faithful, humble, humility and generous to our relatives and friends in the Philippines especially of the Pandemic., giving away an Ayuda twice .
